T-BALL

 

T-Ball is designed to promote and develop a general knowledge of the game of baseball and the fundamental skills (hitting, running, catching and throwing) with an emphasis on respect, sportsmanship and FUN!

 

Boys and Girls ages 4-7 years of age are eligible to play.  The T-Ball season typically begins at the beginning of June with practices and games being held twice per week for 60 minutes.  The first 2 weeks are focused on skills development with games beginning mid-June until the end of July.  The season ends will a fun night for all players to enjoy jumping in inflatables and a meal provided by McDonald’s.  Each player will also receive a medal.

ROOKIE-BALL

 

Rookie-Ball is designed to develop the fundamentals (hitting, running, catching and throwing) at a higher level.  This includes playing on its own field, hitting from a pitching machine, and making plays to get 3 outs.  These games are officiated by an umpire.

 

Boys and Girls ages 8-9 years of age are eligible to play. The season typically begins after the long weekend in May and ends with playoffs by mid-August.  There is a year-end party for all players where they will all receive pizza and a medal.

Game Nights: 2 nights per week, Monday through Thursday

Game Times: 6:00pm & 7:30 pm

Field: B Field, Sinclair Yards

Mid-Season Tournament: TBA

Players are provided: Jersey, Pants, Hat

Players require: Glove, Athletic Supporter

Optional: Cleats, Bat, Personal Helmet or Batting Gloves

MOSQUITO

 

Mosquito is designed to develop the fundamentals (hitting, running, catching and throwing) at a higher level. This is the first year for pitching and hitting off of live pitching.  Stealing bases is also implemented mid-way through the season. 

 

Boys and Girls ages 10-11 years of age are eligible to play. The season typically begins after the long weekend in May and ends with playoffs by mid-August.  There is a year-end banquet for all players and parents where the regular season and playoff champs will receive plaques.

Field: A, C or D Field, Sinclair Yards

PEE WEE

 

Pee Wee is designed to develop the fundamentals (hitting, running, catching and throwing) at a higher level. This is the first year for leading off of the bases.  Stealing bases is implemented for the full season. 

 

Boys and Girls ages 12-13 years of age are eligible to play. The season typically begins after the long weekend in May and ends with playoffs by mid-August.  There is a year-end banquet for all players and parents where the regular season and playoff champs will receive plaques.

BANTAM

 

Pee Wee is designed to develop the fundamentals (hitting, running, catching and throwing) at a higher level. This is the first year to play on a full field at all the major league dimensions. 

 

Boys and Girls ages 14-16 years of age are eligible to play. The season typically begins after the long weekend in May and ends with playoffs by mid-August.  There is a year-end banquet for all players and parents where the regular season and playoff champs will receive plaques.
